More than 10,000 Ganesha idols will be installed in Northern Karnataka: IGP

Belagavi, Aug 29 (UNI) Inspector General of Police (Northern Range) Ragavendra Suhas today said that more than 10,000 Ganesha idols will installed by public in northern range of Bagalkote, Vijayapur, Belagavi, Gadag and Darwad districts.बेलागावी, 29 अगस्त (वार्ता) नॉर्दन रेंज के महानिरीक्षक रागवेंद्र सुहास ने गुरूवार को बताया कि नॉर्दन रेंज के पांच ज़िलों (बगलकोट, विजयपुर, बेलागावी, गादाग और द्रावाद) में 10,000 से ज्यादा गणेश की मूर्तियां स्थापित की गई है।
Speaking to newsmen here on Thursday, he said that there are a total of 10,980 Mandals have been formed to install Ganesha idols at the public places.Sufficient security arrangements were made in the Northern Range for the Ganesha festival beginning from Septermber Two. Over 12,000 police personnel, including three Rapid Action Force (RAF) companies, will be deployed.
उन्होंने मीडिया से बात करते हुए कहा कि दो सितंबर से हो रहे गणेश पर्व के मद्देनज़र सार्वजनिक जगहों पर 10,980 मंडलों में गणेश की मूर्तियां स्थापित की गई है। साथ ही सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को ध्यान में रखते हुए 12,000 पुलिस कर्मियों और त्वरित कार्रवाई बल की तीन कंपनियां तैनात की गयी है। He said that \\"on the background of floods at many places in the range this year, I have asked the fellow officers to consider the festival-related issues on humanitarian ground, especially in the villages submerged with flood water.
We have collected the phone numbers of the volunteers of each Mandal installing the idol and constantly in contact with them”.उन्होंने कहा कि बाढ़ प्रभावित इलाकों के लिए हमने साथी अधिकारियों को पर्व से जुड़े मुद्दों के लिए खास आदेश दिया है। हमने प्रत्येक मंडल के कार्यकर्ताओं के फोन नंबर एकत्रित कर लिए है और उनसे लगातार संपर्क बनाए हुए है।
