राज्य » गुजरात / महाराष्ट्रPosted at: Jan 2 2021 8:31AM Marathwada region records 234 new COVID-19 casesऔरंगाबाद 02 जनवरी (वार्ता) महाराष्ट्र के मराठवाड़ा क्षेत्र में पिछले 24 घंटों के दौरान कोरोना वायरस (कोविड-19) महामारी के 234 नये मामले सामने आये। स्वास्थ्य अधिकारियों ने शनिवार को यह जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि इस दौरान कोरोना वायरस के कारण क्षेत्र में चार लोगों की मौत भी हुई है।मराठवाड़ा क्षेत्र के जिला मुख्यालयों से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार क्षेत्र के आठ जिलों में से बीड सबसे अधिक प्रभावित रहा। यहां कोरोना के 17 नए मामले सामने आये और दो लोगों की इस संक्रमण से मौत हुई। इसके बाद जालना में 22 मामले और एक की मौत, परभणी में आठ नये मामले तथा एक की मौत, औरंगाबाद 82 नये मामले, नांदेड़ में 42 नये मामले, उस्मानाबाद में 27 नये मामले, लातूर में 26 नये मामले और हिंगोली में चार मामले सामने आये है। Aurangabad, Jan 2 (UNI) The eight districts of Maharashtra's Marathwada region reported 234 fresh cases of COVID-19 during the past 24 hours, the health authorities informed on Friday.The region also recorded four deaths due to the coronavirus during the same period.Details from all the district headquarters collected by UNI showed that out of the eight districts of the region, Beed recorded 17 cases and 2 deaths, followed by Jalna which recorded 22 new cases and single death, Parbhani recorded eight cases and single death, Aurangabad reported 82 cases , Nanded reported 48 new cases , Osmanabad 27 cases, Latur 26 cases and Hingoli four cases.As per the official data, 3,524 more corona cases and 59 deaths were reported from across the state during the past 24 hours, taking the state's cumulative tally to 19,35,636.Meanwhile, 4,279 patients were cured and discharged from hospitals during the same period, taking the total number of recoveries to 18,32,825 in the state so far. With this, the state's recovery rate has now risen to 94.69 per cent and the death rate stands at 2.56 per cent.According to the health officials, so far a total of 49,580 patients have succumbed to the disease in the state and 52,084 patients are currently undergoing treatment across the state.UNI VKB AVK 0815संतोषवार्ता
